SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria 2024
Based on the educational qualification and age limit, the candidates will be able to meet the eligibility criteria for the SSC CGL is seeking various Post without fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the candidate will not be able to apply for the SSC CGL Vacancy 2024.
SSC CGL Age Limit
The crucial date for the calculation of the age limit is 1.8.2024 after releasing the official detailed notification. the age relaxations in the upper age limit for different categories are as per government rules.
- Minimum Age for UR Categories: 18 years
- Maximum Age for UR Categories: 27/30/32 years (it depends on post).
- Age relaxation for OBC (NCL): 03 Years.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST: 05 Years.
SSC CGL Education Qualification
- Junior Statistical Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level; OR Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
- Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or Institute. The candidates must have studied Statistics as a subject in all the three years or all the 6 semesters of the graduation course.
- Research Assistant in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC): Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable Qualifications: Minimum one-year research experience in any recognized university or recognized Research Institution; Degree in Law or Human Rights from a recognized university.
- All other Posts: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Note: The candidates who have appeared in their final year of their graduation can also apply.
